WM Supercenter #1100, 1706 Military St S, Hamilton, AL 35570-5021 Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers every day, selecting items such as apples or cereal, and operate in a fast‑paced environment that includes evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You’ll juggle online order shopping with helping in‑store customers, dispensing orders, and engaging customers throughout the process. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus performance‑based incentive awards. Health benefits cover medical, vision, and dental.
