Project Safety Manager - Energy Reports to: Manager, Regional Safety Location: Dateland, Arizona Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 Eligible for annual performance bonus plan. Overview The Project Safety Manager supports the Project Teams in developing and sustaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) by creating and maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and is responsible for producing weekly Total Case Incident Reports, leading investigations, and assisting in weekly toolbox safety meetings. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards. Generate and submit weekly Total Case Incident Reports to project leadership. Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership. Assist in weekly toolbox safety meetings. Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with project safety requirements. Qualifications Seasoned, OSHA 30-certified safety professional with extensive construction safety experience. Strong knowledge of electrical industry consensus standards (NFPA, NESC, ASTM, ANSI). Excellent communication skills, able to influence behavior, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Passionate about contributing to a safety-first organization. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred. OSHA 30 Construction certification required. CPR/FA certification (Trainer preferred). Willingness to obtain BCSP CHST certification or higher within 12 months. 3 to 5 years of construction safety experience, electrical safety experience preferred. Valid state-issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
