Bartolino’s is a proud, family-owned staple in St. Louis, known for combining authentic Italian flavors with warm Midwestern hospitality. For over 50 years, we’ve been serving guests like family, offering great food, warm service, and a clean, welcoming environment. As a dishwasher, you’re the backbone of our kitchen – keeping everything spotless, organized, and ready for service.
What You’ll Do:
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans quickly and thoroughly
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety guidelines
Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Remove trash and recycling as needed
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning, including floors, walls, and prep surfaces
Help kitchen team with light prep work when needed
Maintain a steady workflow to support smooth kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
No experience required – we’ll train the right person
