Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $29.00 - $35.00/hr, paid weekly.
Schedule: | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
Location: Eatontown, NJ 07724.
Duration : 3+ month contract.

Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and plant equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role supports equipment reliability and operational efficiency through preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and plant equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective electrical, electronic, mechanical, optical, or vacuum system components.
• Read and interpret detailed drawings, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, specifications, and written or verbal instructions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
• Assist with equipment modifications, redesigns, and upgrades to improve manufacturing operations.
• Estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions when needed.
• Support continuous operation and production uptime by responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
