Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

$2545.92/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Tele RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a short-term acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation, with the ability to manage complex patient needs during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly responding to dysrhythmias.

• Complete all required clinical documentation in Epic accurately and timely.

• Attend staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules prior to start date.

• Adhere to facility policies on call-offs, RTO, and on-call requirements.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and local hospital regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina or Compact RN license in hand prior to assignment start.

• Minimum of 2 years recent Medical Surgical and Telemetry experience.

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification.

• Proven capability in dysrhythmia interpretation and management.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) and accept flexible schedules.
