LOFT Des Moines Outlets Altoona is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and prepare to step in as acting manager when needed. You will represent the brand, coach teammates, and maintain visual and service standards while driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
