A&R Comfort Solutions LLC  

is seeking an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our growing team in the Glens Falls, New York area.

We handle residential renovations, remodeling projects, repairs, and custom construction work throughout Glens Falls, Queensbury, Saratoga Springs, Hudson Falls, Fort Edward, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Framing walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures
• Installing doors, windows, trim, molding, and baseboard
• Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
• Flooring and subfloor installation
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Demolition and preparation of work areas
• Reading measurements, plans, and project instructions
• Identifying construction issues and recommending solutions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional carpentry or remodeling experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods
• Ability to complete work accurately and efficiently with limited supervision
• Must own or have access to basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift construction materials and perform physically demanding work
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, painting, siding, roofing, or general home repairs is a plus.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
• Pay based on experience, skill level, and overall capabilities
