Director, Compensation

To support a growing organization, the fully remote Interim Head of Compensation will own Global Total Rewards programs, advise leadership on compensation strategies, and lead the annual compensation cycle, requiring experience in European compensation practices and the tech sector. Key responsibilities: Owning the Global Total Rewards programs Ensuring programs are designed to retain the company's competitive position and maximize employee retention and engagement Advising and influencing leadership on compensation strategy and issues including equity practices Required qualifications: 8+ years' relevant experience in compensation, equity programs, and benefits planning Experience effectively scaling a rewards function to support a company's growth and goals Experience with total rewards practice and programs in the UK/Europe as well as the US Experience supporting a company through an IPO Experience in the Technology sector, with Fin Tech experience being an advantage
