About the Role:

Integrity Care Solution Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced Designated Manager to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver high-quality care services to those who need it most. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the care services program in accordance with state and agency guidelines

Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations and licensing requirements

Supervise, train, and support direct care staff to maintain high standards of service delivery

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients

Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing agencies, audits, and compliance reviews

Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting as required by regulatory bodies

Foster a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Designated Manager in a home care or disability services setting

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare or human services

Strong knowledge of Minnesota home care licensing rules and compliance standards

Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or elderly populations preferred

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Proficiency in documentation, care planning, and case management practices

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
