Senior Paid Media Manager

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager with deep client-facing and local digital marketing experience to join our expanding team. You'll directly manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across both Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads, making optimizations and updates daily. You will also support the team with Meta Ads campaigns. Your portfolio of clients will be a mix of local and SMBs that constantly challenge you with goals to maximize performance, reach, and customer acquisition across these channels. In addition to managing paid media execution, this role partners with our local marketing teams to oversee delivery of Local SEO, AI Visibility (AIO/GEO), Google Business Profile, Local Listings, Reputation Management, and organic Social Media programs — and serves as the client's voice for those channels on monthly performance calls.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.The Senior Paid Media Manager will report to the Director, Franchise Partnerships. The position will also work with our global support teams within AdMax Local. You should be able to work well as part of a distributed team and provide innovative solutions to the new problems and opportunities that arise every week. In addition, you should have the ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to adapt to the changing digital marketing landscape and the use of AI.This remote role may require one in-person client event per year.Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive revenue, direct response, qualified leads, and new user acquisition for your book of clientsUtilize business acumen to work closely with client teams to identify and fully understand business needs, campaign performance objectives, and opportunities to grow relationships and client investmentsManage Search, Performance Max, Display, Social, Remarketing, and Video advertising campaigns within the native Google, Meta, and Microsoft platforms and the proprietary AdMax Local platformOversee delivery of Local SEO, AI Visibility (AIO/GEO), Google Business Profile/Local Listings, Reputation Management, and organic Social Media programs executed by specialized internal teams, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and on-strategy execution for every client (this role manages and quality-checks the work)Confidently communicate strategy and campaign progress to clients through weekly calls and emails; Present and discuss organic/local SEO and AI Visibility performance on monthly client performance calls, translating concepts, deliverables, and results into clear business impactProvide recommendations and execute strategies for ad copy, keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, creative, display network, and other facets of Google inventoryIntegrate consumer and business insights into media to enhance targeting and tracking effortsOptimize performance marketing campaigns to meet and exceed SEM and paid social campaign benchmarks through channel-specific levers utilizing industry best practicesResponsible for monthly reporting on campaign performance with a keen eye toward media optimization to ensure efficient and effective campaign executionResponsible for tight management of paid media budget, providing timely management of platform setup, invoicing, and accrualsManage the creative development process, including writing creative briefs, trafficking, creative insights, ensuring timely delivery, and alignment with client direction.
