Uptown Properties is looking for a Portfolio Facilitator / Leasing Agent to join our team. About the Role As a Portfolio Facilitator, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of property owners, helping deliver a high-touch, responsive, and professional client experience. You’ll help coordinate the moving pieces that keep a rental portfolio running smoothly, including property onboarding, leasing activity, tenant placement, and turnover coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is: naturally organized and detail-oriented strong in communication and follow-through comfortable building relationships and managing expectations energized by a role that combines people, service, leasing, and problem-solving What You’ll Be Responsible For Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property owners Build trust through proactive communication and consistent follow-through Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style client experience Leasing & Portfolio Coordination Help coordinate leasing activity and tenant placement for assigned properties Support property onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new clients Coordinate turnover timelines and communicate next steps clearly with owners and internal teams Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with leasing, accounting, maintenance, and customer service teams Keep projects moving and ensure clients receive timely updates Help create a seamless experience from onboarding through occupancy Service & Communication Excellence Respond with urgency and professionalism Anticipate needs before they become problems Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across multiple properties and priorities Who Will Thrive Here You’ll likely do very well in this role if you are: A licensed real estate agent looking for additional income and relationship-based opportunity Someone who wants to grow a real estate career strategically, not just “wait for deals” Naturally strong with people, communication, and follow-up Motivated by ownership, accountability, and results Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality Comfortable balancing independent responsibility with team collaboration What We’re Looking For Preferred Qualifications Active real estate license in Oregon (or actively pursuing licensure within the next 6 months) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and time management Detail-oriented with a high standard for execution Professional, polished, and client-service driven Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Bonus If You Have Experience in real estate, leasing, sales, property management, hospitality, or client account management Experience working with investors, homeowners, or service-based clients Confidence managing multiple priorities while staying calm and solutions-focused Why Uptown Properties At Uptown Properties, we believe agents do their best work when they have the right mix of support, opportunity, and independence.
