We're looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and working with automated equipment.Job DescriptionEstimated annual earnings: $85,000–$107,000 ($33-$42/hr + annual bonus) Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM ($2/hr shift differential)What You'll DoYou'll help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, drives, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.Read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and identify parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, and equipment performance.Fabricate, weld, repair, and modify components as needed.Document work, labor hours, and parts usage in the maintenance system.Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, team-focused work environment.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience with 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC, and 4–20mA systems.Ability to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, meggers, and related tools.MIG/Stick welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision measuring tool experience.Knowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.A safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.Preferred ExperienceTechnical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, electro-mechanical, welding, or a related field.Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office.Experience with SEW, Siemens, Lenze, or Allen-Bradley drives.Location: Douglassville, PA Convenient for candidates in Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Exeter, Birdsboro, Boyertown, Limerick, and nearby communities.Why Techo-Bloc?We take care of our team with strong pay, reliable hours, and real benefits.Weekly Pay Medical / Dental / Vision 401(k) + Company Match Life Insurance + STD + LTD Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee product discounts Training & Development opportunities Uniforms provided after 3 months Boot reimbursement programAdditional InformationPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
