Maintenance Technician

Green Bay Packaging seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugated packaging and converting machinery, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and support equipment installations and upgrades. You’ll collaborate closely with production teams, follow strict safety and environmental standards, and use a CMMS to track work.
