About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning technology investments with business growth, operational excellence, security, and innovation. This role requires a strategic leader who can partner with executive management to ensure that IT services are reliable, secure, and scalable. The CIO will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology division. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. While not mandatory, certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are considered beneficial. The role demands a proven track record in managing diverse teams, integrating complex systems, and extensive technical expertise in areas such as infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing IT governance models, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks, as well as a strong background in enterprise collaboration platforms and cloud-based solutions, particularly in Microsoft-centric environments.
