Building Inspector & Plans Examiner - Growth & Benefits

The City of Holmes Beach is seeking a Building Inspector/Plans Examiner to review complex building plans and perform inspections for compliance with Florida building codes and floodplain regulations. The role requires licensure and at least two years as a licensed inspector, with training available to pursue Building Official certification. Includes interaction with homeowners, contractors and architects to resolve code issues, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes and #J-18808-Ljbffr Cities, Inc.
