Project Manager – Federal DoD Military Vertical Construction Ground up Design Build

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite), OR Rapid City SD 2 Positions - available due to Internal promotions

Full-Time | Permanent

100% Employee-Owned Federal GC seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong DoD and USACE experience. Leading large-scale CONUS military DoD, projects in a safety-driven, high-performance environment, with an exceptional team and leadership. Most recently awarded one of the Best places to Work as well as promotion to CMMC2 level

Must Have:

5+ years as a Project Manager w/ complex Federal DoD builds
Direct USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project experience preferred
Vertical construction expertise as these are not Civil or Environmental projects
Experience with projects that include SCIF work
Managed projects $35M to $80M
Proficiency with RMS, Procore, Primavera P6
