Project Manager - Nuclear-Level 4

Please Note: No Third-Party or C2C Firms Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship We are searching for a Project Manager - Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will have the ability to manage and lead a project from conception to close out and align with best industry performance. Additionally, understanding and previous high performance in organizations (such as PGD, Wind, etc.) to bring independent key perspectives to the nuclear organization is a plus. This position is responsible for the completion of projects that support nuclear objectives. Employees in this role will lead or support projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget. Location: Homestead, FL 33035 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project objectives Lead and coach schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance Manages all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks Performs other job-related duties as assigned Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10 years nuclear experience, including 7 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities: Manages high-impact nuclear engineering or construction projects, including plant modifications on safety-related systems. Experience in P-6, NEO and strong excel skills are desired. Position will require travel to the other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects. Strong communication (verbal and written) is highly preferred. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
