Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing CFY
• Strong interest and experience working with pediatric populations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to children with a variety of communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster optimal outcomes for each student
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and compliance with district/state/federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
• Provide guidance and support to parents, caregivers, and teaching staff regarding communication strategies
