Patient Service Executive/Consultant (Aesthetic / Medical Clinic - Singapore) We are looking for a warm, confident, and service-oriented individual to join our luxury aesthetic clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships, guiding treatment journeys, and contributing to both exceptional patient outcomes and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities 1) Deliver Personalised Patient Support Build strong rapport with patients through attentive, thoughtful, and personalised care. Provide timely follow-ups and work closely with the doctor to monitor progress, optimise treatment journeys, and support long-term patient satisfaction. 2) Educate and Empower Patients Clearly explain treatment plans, skincare products, and procedures in a way that helps patients feel informed, reassured, and confident in their decisions. Encourage adherence through consistent education and support. 3) Support Clinic Growth with Integrity Contribute to monthly clinic revenue goals by recommending suitable treatments and products based on genuine patient needs. Build trust through honest, professional guidance without hard selling. 4) Identify Patient Needs and Growth Opportunities Recognise opportunities to enhance patient outcomes through complementary treatments, skincare, or wellness recommendations that support both patient satisfaction and clinic performance. 5) Support Front Desk & Patient Flow Welcome and register patients warmly, manage appointment bookings efficiently, respond to calls and enquiries professionally, and coordinate the daily clinic schedule to ensure smooth operations. 6) Create Exceptional Patient Experiences Ensure every patient interaction- whether in person, over the phone, or online is handled with empathy, professionalism, and discretion, delivering a premium experience that reflects our brand standards. 7) Handle Cashiering & Documentation Accurately Process payments responsibly and maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, package balances, and financial transactions with strong attention to detail. 8) Uphold Operational Excellence Adhere to clinic SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior team members to maintain consistency in service excellence.
