Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) – Front Desk If you're friendly, dependable, organized, and have a knack for making people feel welcome, you may be a great fit for our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) team at HealthCARE Express. Our D.O.F.I.s are often the first people our patients interact with, making this role an important part of both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the clinic. We're looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service while staying organized and professional in a busy clinical environment. What You'll Do As a D.O.F.I., you'll greet patients, verify patient information, and provide assistance as needed. You'll answer incoming phone calls courteously and promptly, keep clinic forms stocked and available, and maintain accurate payment records for patient accounts. You'll also scan patient information, verify insurance coverage, and protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. This role includes addressing patient concerns in a timely and professional manner and communicating effectively with both patients and medical staff. Teamwork and flexibility are important at HealthCARE Express, so you should be comfortable with cross-training opportunities and occasionally assisting with responsibilities outside the usual scope of the position when needed to help move our organization's mission forward. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $15.00 per hour What We're Looking For Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Candidates should also be familiar with clinical office operations and basic computer systems. This position plays an important role in the continued growth of our organization.
