SailPoint ISC Engineer

Supporting the identity governance platform, the full-time SailPoint ISC Engineer will manage and resolve Jira tickets, troubleshoot issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, and assist with platform enhancements while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve SailPoint-related Jira tickets and support requests Troubleshoot and remediate issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform Support SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Strong troubleshooting and platform support experience Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows Familiarity with Jira and incident/request management processes Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) concepts
