Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: Travel Position Shift: 12Hr Nights Hours per Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: 2 years of OR experience required; PEDS experience required License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Required; CNOR Preferred Description: Seeking an Operating Room Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the OR. Experience with pediatric patients is required. BLS certification is mandatory, and CNOR certification is preferred. Familiarity with Epic EMR is necessary. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. The role involves working in the Operating Room for both adult and pediatric patient populations. Surgical services include ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endo Vascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Candidates must have a degree accreditation listed on their profile or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Floating to other facilities may be required, with travelers being the first to float. All requested time off must be provided during the application process. Cultural fit is essential, and travelers are welcomed as part of the core staff on the units. Documentation must be complete prior to the start, with no exceptions for pending documents.
