Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Mountain View Care Center, a premier healthcare facility in Boulder City, Nevada. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and mobility support

  • Assist with oral care, bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Document patient information and progress accurately and thoroughly

  • Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and family meetings as needed
