Risk and Compliance Analyst

Focused on enhancing control management within day-to-day operations, the full-time Risk and Compliance Analyst will coordinate control testing activities, develop executive reporting, and perform data analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate and support control testing activities across multiple GRC stakeholders, tracking execution and remediation efforts Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations to communicate control performance and actionable recommendations Perform data validation and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in control management Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), or related fields Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred Experience in financial services at a large, global bank Strong project management skills with experience in tracking deliverables and managing timelines Proficiency in data analytics, including trend analysis and reporting
