Billing Specialist Valicor is looking for a Billing Specialist to work onsite in our Detroit, Michigan Facility. Responsibilities:
Successful candidates must pass the Pre-Screening process if offered this position. This includes a criminal background check and drug screen. What We Offer:

- Accurately create invoices based on customer contracts and plant data.
- Respond to customer invoice inquiries in a timely fashion
- Ensure accurate data is being entered by the Plant for services provided
- Assist in setting up new customer accounts
- Work with Sales, Plant, and customers to resolve open issues, such as missing PO's, payment issues, and invoice disputes
- Audit and reconcile customer accounts
- Assist in drafting SOP's and best practices for job function
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, Finance) to identify efficiency opportunities.
- 2 -3 years recent Billing experience
- Accounts Receivable ledger experience
- Some college preferred but not required
- Attention to detail is a key component of this role; in addition to being a self-starter and having basic Excel and computer skills
- Experience in Microsoft CRM Field Service/ERP Billing System
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good interpersonal skills
