We’re hiring a hands-on, in-office AI Systems Architect to help us transform our internal operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and create better experiences for our clients and team. This is not just a project manager role — it’s a builder’s role for someone excited to use AI to shape the future of finance inside a fast-growing company. What You’ll Do Who You Are Why This Role Matters You’ll be the first person in this role — laying the groundwork for how we scale operations through intelligent systems. Your work will allow our team to help more families, close more loans, and deliver better service. You won’t just be implementing tools — you’ll be part of reshaping the mortgage industry from the inside. Growth Path

• AI Operations Manager – Lead all internal AI & automation projects
• Innovation Product Owner – Oversee external-facing tools and client AI experiences
• Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Help define the company’s long-term tech vision and roadmap

Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Flexibility based on project needs
• $45,000 – $85,000/year based on experience and skills
