Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – North Salt Lake / Bountiful Location: North Salt Lake / Bountiful, UT (In-Home) Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | Based on Assigned Client Caseload About Aviation ABA Therapy Aviation ABA Therapy provides in-home ABA therapy focused on meaningful connections, individualized treatment, and a collaborative workplace culture. Our BCBA is available for support and guidance as needed, and the work we do matters to families across Utah. We are growing into the North Salt Lake and Bountiful area and are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to be part of a supportive team. Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across North Salt Lake and Bountiful. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This is a hands-on, rewarding role that helps children thrive in their homes and communities. Kindness, respect, and collaboration are how we operate, not just what we put on a careers page RBT – Responsibilities Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by your supervising BCBA Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET) Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested RBT – Requirements Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support) High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred) Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance Ready to take off?
