SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join its growing anesthesia team in Fond du Lac, WI. The role involves working within a comprehensive care delivery model across a 146-bed hospital and an outpatient surgery center. Practice Info The anesthesiology department consists of 11 Anesthesiologists and a total of 11 CRNAs and CAAs Care delivery model is medical direction for all cases as well as frequent solo cases for the physicians Anesthesia services are provided at St. Agnes Hospital and the Fond du Lac Surgery Center St. Agnes Hospital utilizes anesthesia services in 7 general operating rooms, one cardiovascular operating room, a hybrid cath lab, a cardiac EP lab, 4 GI procedure rooms, obstetrics, and medical imaging The Surgery Center has 4 operating rooms for outpatient orthopedics, ENT, pediatrics, plastic and cosmetic surgery, podiatry, and ophthalmology SSM Health uses Epic for its electronic medical record Compensation $660,000 Base Salary Competitive compensation package Earn additional income: generous bonus pay for picking up extra shifts and covering additional call Benefits At least 10 weeks vacation Comprehensive benefits package CME Allowance Shift & Schedule Overnight and weekend call services are covered by the physicians only Call frequency is 1:5 including primary and backup calls The daily schedule and assignments are determined by your position in the call rotation Qualifications Fellowship training or TEE certification is not required New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
