Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview Rio Rancho Center has a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity. We partner with Genesis Healthcare to provide high-quality care in a supportive work environment. Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and viewing them as an individual. Your goal is to design a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to patient needs and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings. You collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Location / Work Environment Location/work environment: In facility Reporting Structure Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Qualifications They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
