Make-Ready Specialist — Rapid Apartment Turnarounds

Greystar seeks a maintenance technician to turn around vacant apartment homes quickly and to a market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, seal and caulk around critical areas, inspect drywall, and carry out touch-up painting under supervision. You will also support grounds upkeep, manage maintenance documentation, and participate in safety trainings.
