Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Wisconsin Licensed LTC Specialist will perform data analysis for reimbursement payments, manage long-term care claims, and provide support to clients and providers. Key responsibilities Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to process reimbursement payments for long-term care needs Communicate with insureds and their representatives regarding claims eligibility and decision-making Collaborate with care providers to obtain necessary documentation for claims processing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, actuarial sciences, or mathematics Insurance claims background preferred Strong analytical and investigative skills Ability to analyze complex information and apply judgment effectively Exhibits empathy and strong client focus with customer service skills
