Lawn & Snow Operations Manager

Ace Outdoor Services is hiring a Lawn & Snow Operations Manager in Burton, MI.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing lawn maintenance and snow removal crews, daily production, routing, scheduling, equipment, and team performance.

This is not an entry-level management position. Candidates must have experience leading multiple field crews in lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, or a closely related service operation.

$65,000–$75,000 per year
Company truck provided
Year-round, full-time employment

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for the lawn maintenance and snow divisions
• Lead and develop 10–12 crews and their crew leaders
• Oversee routing, scheduling, production, and quality control
• Coordinate crews and resources during winter snow events
• Monitor equipment, fleet readiness, and job performance
• Track labor, production, and operational efficiency
• Hold teams accountable to company standards and production goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, or comparable field-service operations
• Experience leading multiple crews, crew leaders, and approximately 30+ employees
• Commercial and residential maintenance experience
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Experience with labor management and production tracking
• Valid driver’s license required
