MDW Associates is seeking multiple Financial and Budget Management Analysts at the Mid, Senior, and Expert levels to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in the Fort Belvoir-Springfield, Virginia and St. Louis and Arnold, Missouri areas. These professionals will support budget formulation, justification, execution, analysis, and reporting throughout the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution cycle.

Positions are primarily onsite at NGA facilities. A limited number of assignments may be performed at a government approved contractor site within an accredited SCIF. These assignments are not home-based remote positions.

The Financial and Budget Management Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:

• Gather, maintain, review, reconcile, and analyze program and budget data from financial systems and recurring data calls.
• Support the development of Intelligence Program Budget Submission, Congressional Budget Justification Book, Intelligence Program Budget Review, Congressional Justification Book, President's Budget, Program Objective Memorandum, and Budget Estimate Submission materials.
• Prepare budget exhibits, justification narratives, briefing materials, white papers, and responses to inquiries from senior leaders and oversight organizations.
• Develop and monitor execution and spend plans and analyze commitments, obligations, expenditures, funding shortfalls, and multi-year trends.
• Prepare and track funding requisitions, Interagency Agreements, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests, Air Force Form 9s, and related financial documents.
• Prepare financial charts, dashboards, reports, and briefings using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, databases, and other analytical tools.
• Support midyear and end of year execution reviews, budget drills, program reviews, and the justification and defense of program resources.

Required Experience/Education:

Mid-Level

• Three to ten years of relevant experience with a bachelor's or master's degree.

Senior Level

• At least ten years of relevant experience with a master's degree.

Expert Level

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field
• Industry recognized expertise in Federal financial or budget management.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Direct experience with NGA financial processes and systems such as Momentum or GEO F.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Government Financial Manager, Certified Public Accountant, or comparable certification.
• Experience with Tableau, R, Python, or other data visualization and analytical tools.

Security Requirement(s):

• Maintain an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access and remain eligible for NGA adjudication and access.
• Comply with NGA security requirements and complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph when required.
• Comply with all requirements for access to NGA facilities, systems, information, and approved classified workspaces.
