Job Number: 32425 Salary: $85K – $95K DOE Industry: Manufacturing Must Haves: 3+ years of HR experience 2+ years of payroll experience Experience with ADP and Microsoft Office required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Your New Role Are you looking for the next step in your HR career? This HR Manager position at a growing manufacturing company could be the role for you! As the HR Manager, you’ll oversee the employee payroll in Workforce ADP, including creating and maintaining employee profiles. Additionally, you’ll manage the full employee life cycle, benefits and leave administration, workers’ compensation, employee relations, and enforcement of company policies and practices. You’ll be relied upon for process improvement, offering strategic guidance to leadership, as well as coaching and training managers on employee performance management. Excellent interpersonal skills will take you far as you oversee OSHA compliance and coordinate the Safety Committee for all departments within production. This position is in‑office.
