Every lead you talk to already raised their hand. Boutique fitness, wellness, beauty, and recovery studios run ads, people opt in, and you call them within 60 seconds. For studios still under construction, you sell founding memberships before the doors open. For open studios, you book intro sessions and sell memberships. No cold lists. Ever.

What a shift looks like

• 100+ calls and texts to inbound leads
• Discovery, pitch, objection handling, close, all by phone
• Book tours and intro sessions for open studios
• Log every touch in our CRM
• Switch between multiple client brands, sometimes on the same shift
• Weekly scorecard: contact rate, appointments booked, memberships sold

Schedule

• Weekdays
• Rotating weekends

You're a fit if you

• Can hear "no" 30 times and close the 31st
• Take call feedback on Monday and use it by Friday
• Want a job where your results are measured every week
• No sales experience required. We train you. Front desk, retail, serving, customer service, or gym/studio/spa/med spa experience is a plus.
