This is the new wave of animation — and you can help shape it! Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to join our Series Animation Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with our production hiring managers in staffing across Production, Editorial, Art, and Story. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. In order to hire the very best people for each role we need our Recruiters to be deep experts in the roles, departments, and projects they are staffing for. Given the fast-paced and high-volume nature of this work we are looking for someone who possesses the ability to excel under pressure but without losing focus on their staffing strategies and the delivery of a stunning candidate experience. Core Responsibilities Strategize & Research Own the strategy and execution of a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure we consider a diverse range of candidates for both short and long-term needs for our shows Proactively build diverse pipelines across various projects at all levels leveraging various sourcing, networking, posting, and other research methods Partner Partner with hiring managers to understand their show dynamics and production needs Coach and advise hiring managers on recruiting approaches and strategies based on your growing knowledge of the talent market, compensation trends, and competitive landscape Work closely with Artist Management to ensure you are considering talent availability from both internal and external populations Evaluate Lead assessment of every stage of the recruiting process from initial screen through to offer stage, ensuring all involved parties are assessing against the role criteria and studio values in an unbiased and inclusive way Offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to craft data and talent-informed competitive offers for our candidates while still being fiscally responsible with the production budget Work with candidate representation and partner closely with our legal teams on contract negotiations where applicable Prioritize Use best judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Own and juggle multiple roles and balance moving quickly with maintaining a stunning candidate experience and a high-quality inclusive recruiting strategy Inclusion Champion diversity and inclusion to attract talent from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences Strive to build a diverse pipeline that reflects the broader community and supports authentic storytelling Key Qualifications, Skills, And Person Specification Proven track record as a full-cycle recruiter, thriving in a fast-paced, production and development environment Experience in the Animation industry or adjacent industries (Entertainment, Gaming, VFX) is a must Adept at sourcing and attracting top-tier talent using various channels and tools Outstanding interviewing and assessment skills to identify high-potential candidates efficiently Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, building credibility with candidates and show stakeholders alike Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion and their importance when hiring Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes. Knowledge of Eightfold and Workday would be a plus Pay Rate Range $50-60/hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
