At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest-level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.

\n What You’ll Do:
\n • Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes
\n • Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies
\n • Supervise caregivers and medication staff
\n • Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments
\n • Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts
\n • Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans
\n • Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
\n • Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families

\n You combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations.

\n What We’re Looking For:
\n • Active RN or LPN license in good standing
\n • Graduate of approved nursing program
\n • 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
\n • Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills

Pay Range: 28.35 - 35.55\n
