Respiratory Care Practitioner - RRT

Join a vital respiratory therapy role providing patient assessments, treatment plans, and education on equipment use. Responsibilities Include Assessing patients and developing care plans based on diagnoses. Administering respiratory services according to physician orders and protocols. Coordinating care, evaluating patient progress, and communicating with healthcare providers. Educating patients and caregivers on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Current license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Respiratory Care Practitioner as required by the state. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record. BLS certification (American Heart Association). Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling tasks. Strong communication skills and attention to safety. Key Duties Providing respiratory therapy services and managing equipment. Evaluating treatment effectiveness and modifying plans as needed.
