Position Title: Data Entry Clerk – 2nd Shift

Location: San Bernardino

Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Shift: Full-Time

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their team, a nationally recognized provider of 3rd party logistics services. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office and warehouse operations by accurately processing documentation and maintaining records.

Schedule:

M,T,W,F - 12PM-830PM

Sat - 6AM - 230PM

Thursdays and Sundays off

Training Schedule:
The first two weeks of training will be conducted Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently
• Key in bag information and manifest shipments
• Check in and process receiving drivers' paperwork
• Update receipts and maintain records in company systems
• Scan, organize, and upload documents electronically
• Complete general office and clerical tasks as assigned
• Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous office clerical and data entry experience required
• Strong 10-key skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a warehouse or transportation environment
• Experience processing shipping/receiving documentation
