The facility is an urgent care clinic located inside a large retail and entertainment complex, operating on an on-site basis to provide walk-in care for patients of all ages. The clinic operates under a single-coverage model with one CMA and one manager present on-site per shift. Coverage is needed due to a staffing vacancy, with an immediate start date required.
About the Facility Location
The assignment area is situated in close proximity to New York City, offering practical access to a broad range of entertainment, leisure, and cultural attractions. The local complex features an indoor water park, an aquarium, LEGOLAND, and a theme park, providing year-round recreational options. MetLife Stadium and the Meadowlands Sports Complex, which hosts events including those at the Meadowlands Racetrack, are also accessible for clinicians seeking additional activities during time away from clinical responsibilities.
About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide urgent care services during day shifts at an on-site clinic, operating Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The expected patient volume is 40 patients per day, encompassing evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries across all age groups. Required procedures include laceration repairs and suturing. Board certification, an active state license and DEA, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
