Yorkville Animal Hospital sits along the Fox River about an hour from Chicago, and it's the kind of place where both are genuinely possible. As a high-volume small animal practice with 6 full-time DVMs, scheduled appointments, and walk-in visits, no two days look alike.
The Opportunity: - A busy, varied caseload with the support staff and thoughtful scheduling to back it up, including at least two full weekends off every month
- Full medical autonomy and a consistently strong surgical schedule
- Ability to provide mentorship and support to students attending externships
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting is required for this role
The Resources: - Large and modern facility with full in-house diagnostics, including dental and digital x-rays, ultrasound, and lab
- Surgical and therapeutic laser
- 1:1.5 doctor-to-tech ratio
- Active externship site for multiple veterinary programs, with a pathway to join our mentorship team

ProSal Compensation & Benefits: - Starting salary of $135,000-$160,000 plus production bonuses
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
