Associate Counsel, Beverage & Commercial Contracts

Tilray Brands, Inc. seeks an Associate Counsel to support the U.S. Beverage Legal team. The attorney will handle commercial contracting, alcohol regulatory compliance, employment matters, IP, and real estate issues under the direction of the Associate General Counsel.
The ideal candidate has experience or strong interest in the beverage alcohol industry, with knowledge of the three-tier system and related regulatory frameworks, and is eager to grow in a sophisticated in-house setting.
