This role is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The position focuses on IT projects and initiatives, requiring day-to-day direction of project resources and effective change management. **ESRI, GIS and utilities experience highly preferred.**Key Responsibilities* Develop project plans and drive project milestones.* Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.* Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.* Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.* Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.* Meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.* Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.Required Qualifications**Technical Skills:** Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word and ESRI.**Professional Skills:** The role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.**Preferred Skills:*** Utilities experience* GIS understanding* ESRI experienceThis employer is an equal opportunity employer.
