If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy hands-on work in a production environment, we'd love to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:Shot blasting metal components to prepare surfaces for coatingHanging parts on racks for the powder coating processApplying powder coating to fabricated and machined partsMonitoring the coating and curing process to ensure quality finishesInspecting completed parts for proper coverage and appearancePackaging finished products for shipmentMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollowing all quality standards and safety proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing or production experience requiredPowder coating experience preferredExperience in a machine shop, welding shop, or metal fabrication environment is a plusAbility to lift materials and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workDependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a teamPay: $18 - $25/hr, depending on experienceSchedule:1st Shift - Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift - Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMInterested candidates can apply many ways:- call or text View phone number on click.appcast.io to speak with a recruiter- Submit online application- Send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io
