Housekeeper

Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX) is recruiting for the position of Housekeeper. This will be a temporary, full-time position for the summer season located in St. Paul, AK. This position will report to the General Manager.

This position provides housekeeping services to maintain the cleanliness of the Poss Camp, Duplex, 109, 106, 107, A-Dorm, and the TDX Office on a daily basis.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Make or change bed linens as needed.
• Wash linens and towels on a daily basis.
• Clean and wipe down rooms.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Clean lobby, TV room, hallway, and laundry room.
• Clean all vacant duplex and hotel rooms before new occupants arrive.
• Change towels and replace items when they become low in each room.
• Take out the trash.
• Stock cups, tissue, and paper towels.
• Checking guests in and out.
• Assisting the tourists on where things are within the hotel.
• Assist tourists with various inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must work well with the public.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Must be willing to be on call when needed.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends and work later than scheduled when necessary.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds.
