Flexibility Plus Rehab is seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team full-time in Brick, New Jersey. This role involves delivering personalized physical therapy services primarily in a home care setting. Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite as you will deliver therapy services directly in patients' homes. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing you to maintain a predictable schedule while still providing flexible and responsive therapeutic services. Working in a home care setting enables you to observe patients in their own environments, which can significantly enhance therapeutic outcomes and foster meaningful connections with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for children, assessing their functional mobility and physical abilities.
• Craft, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, customizing interventions based on each patient's goals and progress.
• Regularly reassess patients to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt plans as necessary for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, including SOAP notes and care plans, using our electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and the recovery process, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Set and achieve minimum utilization goals and other relevant business objectives set by the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients utilizing multiple services.
• Embrace and promote the culture and core values of Flexibility Plus Rehab as a role model for colleagues and stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists primarily work with pediatric patients, encompassing a wide range of diagnoses from developmental delays to orthopedic conditions. Understanding the diverse backgrounds of our clients—age, race, and ethnicity—is essential to providing culturally competent care. Successful therapists will approach each patient holistically, considering not only their physical needs but also their emotional and social contexts.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct in-person as well as telehealth evaluations and treatments, adapting to patient needs and clinical appropriateness.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to connect with a diverse population.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in rapidly changing environments, particularly in home-care scenarios.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a pediatric setting or with similar patient populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly for documentation and billing processes.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team settings, contributing to integrated treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
