Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for directing associates in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. This position facilitates execution of daily production activities and implementation of action plans that address systemic issues and drive long-term success. The role ensures the achievement of Quality, Service and Cost objectives by supervising the production floor, supporting operators, and maintaining compliance with all safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
