Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Possess a current Washington State Occupational Therapy license
• Have completed fingerprinting through OSPI
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist within a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to different grade levels, tailored to district needs and your expertise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to students in an educational environment
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Adapt strategies and interventions to align with diverse student needs and grade levels
