We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support our client in Boca Raton, Florida. This position is suited for someone who can manage high-volume administrative work, communicate clearly with external partners, and keep account activity moving forward without delays. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both digital records and physical documents in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and external vendors to provide accurate updates on title and registration accounts.

• Receive, sort, scan, and organize incoming paperwork and electronic files to ensure records are complete and accessible.

• Review accounts for accuracy, identify missing or inconsistent information, and take steps to correct issues promptly.

• Prepare and submit paperwork.

• Track open accounts and maintain timely follow-up schedules to help drive each case toward resolution.

• Maintain precise notes and documentation.

• Support title-related research and document review, including searches, clearing activities, and preliminary reporting when needed.

• Experience in title processing, title examination, title searches, or title clearing.

• Ability to review documents carefully and detect discrepancies, missing information, or processing errors.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and follow-up deadlines at the same time.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, agencies, and applicants.

• Proficiency in scanning, indexing, and maintaining both paper and electronic records.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.

• High level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail in handling sensitive account documentation.
