New Grads Welcome! We offer an exclusive New Doctor Bootcamp led by Dr. AJ Acierno, our President of Clinical Operations, during your first week. This intensive training is designed to equip you with the skills needed to run a dental practice effectively.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Lead with purpose and kick off each morning with a team huddle
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and support
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate treatment plans
• Empower your team by delegating effectively
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Compensation:

Earn up to $350,000+ with signing bonus!
